Classes are getting HOT at Glow
Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates and Hot Abs are coming to Glow’s
expanded studio space starting February 10.
The temperature in the studio will be set to a steamy 100 degrees,
promoting profuse sweating that helps rid the body of toxins. The heat also allows your muscles to
stretch deeper than they would otherwise with less danger of injury. Click on the Hot Class tab above for package information. Schedule coming soon.
